    The Pecan Street Association (PSA) is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to preserving and enhancing the historic Sixth Street District in Austin. Proceeds from the biannual Pecan Street Festival, Texas' largest arts festival, support local beautification, education, and charitable initiatives. Since 1978, the festival has celebrated the area's rich history while fostering creativity and community engagement, with all proceeds benefiting the downtown area and various local causes. Please visit the www.pecanstreetfestival.org home page to find the music application. Typically the musician applications opens up 5 months prior to each festival.

    We use music and guitars to help young people. A 501c3 non-profit based in Central Texas operating in the memory of teen musician, Alan Curley. The purpose of Pick With Austin is to help educate and elevate a community awareness about the dangers of depression. We provide coping tools to those who may be at-risk in our community. Equipment and instrument donations for at risk children and teens.

    Rhythmic Force Percussion is Austin's premier theatrical percussion ensemble, offering audition camps for students aspiring to join their competitive group. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Rhythmic Force teaches valuable life skills like teamwork, discipline, and responsibility, while fostering leadership through a focus on integrity, education, and community. The ensemble competes in the Winter Guard International (WGI) circuit, providing students with top-level performance opportunities.
